HOW IT WORKS
How to get awesome product photos, fast
Work with real people to help get your project planned and perfectly photographed. Our approach pairs you with a project manager who will guide you and make recommendations that help showcase your products in their best light.

STEP 1
Start an Order
Begin the product photography process by starting an order. This initial step secures you an order number and detailed instructions for shipping your products into the studio. There’s zero commitment at this stage, and we’ll provide a detailed quote after discussing your project’s specifics.
No commitment
Starting an order gets your project entered into our system, but there’s no obligation to continue if you change your mind.
Do I need to pay now?
No payment is required at this point. We’ll send you a detailed quote and payment information after you and your project manager have decided on a shot list that reflects your vision.

STEP 2
Ship Your Products
Carefully package your products and send them to our studio. We recommend selecting the best samples to avoid imperfections. Once received, we’ll notify you, ensuring your products are safe and ready for their photoshoot.
Instant notification when your products are received
When your products are received by our team you’ll receive an email letting you know they’ve arrived safe at our studio.
I have a product that is very large. Can you shoot it?
Probably! But if you’ll be sending unusually large or heavy products, please contact us before shipping. We can accommodate large products and our production studio features a roll-up warehouse door for shipments via freight*. Products larger than 3 feet on the longest side are subject to an additional charge relative to the size of the product. * While we do have a roll-up door, we do not have a loading dock or fork lift. Please ensure freight shipments are delivered via a truck equipped with a lift gate.
STEP 3
Collaborate and Plan
Your project manager will work with you to create a shot list that perfectly captures your vision. Following approval, you’ll receive a detailed quote and payment instructions. When payment is received, your project will be placed into the production queue.

How long do product photography projects take?
Most projects are delivered in about 1.5 – 2 weeks, excluding holidays, from when we receive your products and payment. If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time. Take a look at our current delivery times, which are regularly updated. If a quicker turnaround is needed, rush service may also be available.

STEP 4
Creative Magic Happens
Our expert team, under the watchful eyes of our Production Manager and Creative Director, starts the creative process.
Do you outsource any of your work?
No. Our photography and editing is completed 100% in-house from our Las Vegas studio. Keeping everything under one roof helps us guarantee quality at every step.
How experienced are your photographers?
We have a lot of experience under our belt! Most of our senior photographers have been with us over 7 years, shooting nothing but product. As of this writing, our Production Manager has been with our studio for over 7 years and our Creative Director has been shooting product since our beginning over 7 years ago in 20017. * While we do have a roll-up door, we do not have a loading dock or fork lift. Please ensure freight shipments are delivered via a truck equipped with a lift gate.
STEP 5
Instant Online Delivery
Upon completion, your stunning photos will be available in a private online gallery for immediate viewing and download. Our Production Manager will reach out to ensure you’re delighted with the results and work with you on any necessary changes or edits.
In what format are my photos delivered?
Individual product photos are delivered as a high resolution, 300 DPI jpeg using maximum quality settings measuring 2000×2000 pixels in size. Hero shots are delivered as transparent .png files. In addition to the high resolution originals, our server also allows you to chose from several smaller size jpeg images for use on the web.
What kind of license comes with the images?
Upon final delivery, the photographs become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. This means you are free to use the photographs in any of your publications as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of publication including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. For specific details on licensing, please read our Terms of Service.
What if I would like an image to be re-shot?
If we’ve made a mistake we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.
